The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus and Switzerland.
Delivery charges

Deliveries within Germany:
We calculate the delivery charges based on the order value (gross value of goods):
Order value up to €299.99 = €7.90
For orders totalling 300.00 € or more, we offer free delivery
Deliveries within Switzerland:
Order value up to 499.99 CHF = 12.90 CHF
For orders of 500.00 CHF or more, we offer free delivery
Deliveries abroad:
We charge a flat rate of €19.90 for international delivery to the following countries:

We calculate international delivery charges for the following countries by zone:

Delivery times
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 4–7 days; for deliveries to other EU countries within 5–14 days; and for deliveries outside the EU within up to 3 months of the contract being concluded (in the case of agreed advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made alternative arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
